Service Description

In this one to one sound bath, Jezney will use various instruments which work at different vibrations to resonate with the bodies energy. As the body bathes in the various sounds it's drawn into a relaxed state, as is the mind. In this state the body is able to release any physical and emotional tension in a safe cocoon of blankets and props. You can communicate with Jezney on the day to customise all elements of the treatment to suit your needs and mood (including the addition of Reiki).
