Service Description

"Rei" translates to universal, and "Ki" to life energy. Reiki healing encourages healing through a gentle laying on of hands. Rebalancing the flow of energy within the body to enable relaxation and clear blockages created by physical or emotional trauma. Reiki sessions can differ a lot in experience depending on how the body responds, and how you experience the movement of energy, there is no right or wrong. You can communicate with your therapist on the day to customise all elements of the treatment (including music) to suit your needs and mood.
