Come and join us in our Camden based home studio for an evening to share energy, sound, movement, breath and relaxation. Numbers are small for these circles to allow for sufficient space and comfortability of attendees.  

We will begin with an opening circle to welcome everyone into the space, then take it into some gentle functional movement and breath, to bring our conscious awareness to our body and where our energy is at on the day. We may follow with some very gentle exercises which build connections between the group, these exercises will vary circle to circle, but are simple exercises based on being able to receive full attention whilst you share anything 'bubbling up' from your life story, past or present, or positive physical (non invasive) interactions from one another in a safe and completely self directed way. 

The evening will close on the mats with support from props, to drift into a sound bath, induced by some hypnotherapy and if desired gentle head massage, reiki and upper body based physical adjustment. Like all of our events this circle is an invitation, you are welcome to attend and participate to the degree you wish in the way which suits you. Visualisation for example can be a strong replacement for a physical exercise which does not suit you in that given moment. 

The idea of the circle is to relax, rejuvenate and begin to build self understanding of the inner mechanics of you as a unique and valuable being. We will make suggestions and they are for you to try, feel and work with on an honest level with an open but authentic heart.
