Come and shake off the week in a safe and welcoming space, getting the body and the energy moving with qi gong techniques followed by an array of widely influenced functional movements on the mat, taking you deeper and deeper into the language of your own body and where you are within your own process. Finishing with an opportunity to snuggle into your own self created space and bathe in the healing sounds of music, and tones of suggestive self relaxation drawing on various breath techniques, hypnosis, layer by layer relaxation.

Here is a rough outline of the core structure (although the workshop itself will be intuitively flexible):

Arrive and settle into space: 6.15-6.30

Standing qi going based warm up: 6.30-7.10

Mat based restorative movements: 7.10-8.00

Led relaxation and sound healing: 8.00-8.30.

There are yoga mats, blankets and a few cushions (you may wish to bring your own mat or blanket and cushion from home to ensure that you are as comfortable and padded as possible for the mat based part of the workshop).

The idea of this workshop is to commune with your body and energy relevant to how you feel on the day, all guidance offered are always to be taken as suggestions. if you end up coming to sit breathe visualize and then bathe, that will be just as welcomed as a day where you feel you have come to jump, jive and roll around vigorously!! If you feel unclear about you capability in joining because of a condition or something you are working through on a personal level.

The closing as a group will be gentle and intuitively led, there will be a little time to gather things, connect with fellow attendees and of course bottomless hugs but please be mindful of a possible booking following the session.
